Do I need any special kind of tool to copy text from photos?
No, you don't need any special tool or app. This trick has been available for a long time now but the thing is most of the people out there don't have an idea it does exist. All you need to copy text from photos are:
- The latest version of Google Photos, you can get it here.
- And you basically need an Android device or any type of device supported by Google for this trick.
How to copy text from Photos in three steps
- Open Google Photos in your Android device
- Click on a photo of the text you want to copy and then click on that white square icon (clearly shown in the screenshot below)
- Now after Google Lens has finished scanning the picture, you can now select any text you want from the photo and click on the "copy text" button and the text will be copied to your clipboard
Hurray, say bye-bye to typing. You can now do this for any Photo in which you want to copy the text inside of it. Did this article help you? If it did, share it with your friends and also leave a comment below. Thanks for reading!
